Tom Kha Gai Recipe – Chicken Coconut Milk Soup

Tom Kha Gai – Phuket Cooking Class
Ingredients:
For 2-3 People
- Chicken 150 gr.
- Kaffir lemon leaves
- Coconut milk 2 cups.
- Cherry tomato 5 gr.
- Lemongrass 3 lemongrass.
- Chili red, green 2-4 chili.
- Mushrooms 4 Tablespoon.
- Galangals 10 gr.
- Coriander leaves 10 gr.
- Salt 1 teaspoonFish sauce 2 tablespoon.
- Lemon juice 3-5 tablespoon.
– Water 2 Cups.
How to do:
- Combine half the coconut milk with the galangal, lemon grass and lime leaves in the pot for boil, add the chicken, fish sauce and white sugar.
- Simmer about 4 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked. Add the remaining coconut milk to the pot and heat just to boiling.
- Add lemon juice 2 tablespoon, cherry tomato, coriander leaves, and test.
- Turn off cooking gas, and serve into the bowl .
