Highly Recommended – Very Clean and Super Explanatory
The lady presenting this course was just awesome. She takes you to a market in an air-conditioned vehicle. Explains all the Thai ingredients to you and how things work at the market.
The classes then starts at her.premises where she explains each ingredients per dish. She does not rush and isn’t forceful. She lets you take your time and let’s each person prep and cook their own dish. E.g
I didn’t want the shrimp.paste and fish sauces in my dishes, she was cool.witj and allowed us to work around it. She also provides you with alternatives for ingredients which are not available in your country.
The kitchen is so clean, the utensils are super clean. It was a pleasure being there.
After the class, you get to sit and eat everything you have cooked
You have an option to do a 3 menu meal.pr a 5 menu meal. The meals you can choose from varies according to the day of the week. All these local tour operators have this agencies pamphlet. Did I mention how clean everything was …..

Great morning learning Thai cooking skills
Myself, my sister & cousins attended Phuket Cooking Course & it was so worth doing. We had a market visit on the way, where we learnt about the different fruits, veg & meats/seafood used in Thai cooking. We opted to make 3 dishes – Tom Yum soup, Thai Green curry & Pad Thai. Our giving us more info on all the ingredients we were using. After preparing everything we were then taken through to the kitchen to cook the meals. we then sat down to enjoy the fruits of our labour. The dishes were delicious! It was a truly memorable morning & something I would do again. An awesome way to learn about the food culture of the country you are visiting.

Excellent teaching for Thai Cooking
After thinking it was too hard to cook real Thai food properly, I had the greatest experience of being taught how to do it so easily. The staff were fantastic, very professional exacting and friendly. Wonderful to be taught by the expert who made you feel most competent at doing it. She was also full of alternatives when people at the class had dietary requirements.
Well worth it.Great job. Thanks.
Oh and by the way great informative market tour.

Amazing Thai cooking course
Highly recommend this tour. Booked last minute and the team very promptly added me to their morning tour for the next day. Spent the first part of the morning exploring and learning about ingredients at the local fresh food market followed by cooking 4 classic recipes with clear instructions and easy to follow steps. All the cooking was very hands on and super fun. Wrapped up the class with a sit down lunch of the food we made and was very pleased with my handy work.
Would recommend this tour to my family and friends. I have done a few cooking classes in different countries and this was one of my favourite.

We had a blast learning to cooking some classic Thai dishes. We loved going to the market before the class and getting information on all the available ingredients. I recommend!
Sydney, Australia –
I was promptly picked up by Woody from my hotel and firstly we stopped at a local market where Woody took me around and taught me about all the dfferent fruits and vegetables, some which I’d never seen before, we then headed off to the cooking school.
It was set up very nicely like a small restaurant. There I met Sammi who was to be my instructor for the course.
She made things very easy for me with her clear instructions and assistance.
I had great fun making green curry paste from scratch which then made the best green curry I think Ive ever had.
She also went on to help me with a Pad Thai, Tom Yum Koong and sticky rice with mango. It was all fairly simple with Sammi’s assistance.
It was then time for lunch but it wasn’t possible to eat all the food I had made so Sammi packed it up for me to take back to my hotel.
I highly recommend this course for anyone, it’s a fun outting and a great course. I can’t wait to get home and try my new cooking skills on my family.

What a wonderful class we went for a tour of the local Kata market and then met the host at the school. Depending on the day you can choose Morning or Afternoon courses. The host explained ingredients, spice level and we then prepped each dish before cooking as a group. The dishes were authentic delicious and cooked by you. I got recipes to take home and even a certificate to say I can cook Thai such a great time. I highly Recommended.

Best Cooking Course Ever
Wife and I had an amazing morning out with this class. By far the best cooking course we have ever taken. The tour guide and chef were extremely friendly and fun. This class was a great start to our adventures in Phuket. If you have any thoughts of booking a cooking class come to this one you won’t regret it!

Fantastic Cooking Experience
One of the best activities we experienced during our 8 day Phuket holiday.
The owner took us to the local market and explained about local produce and how to use it.
The chef then showed us how to prepare and cook 4 different meals which we were then able to eat.
We would recommend this cooking experience as good value for money and good fun.

1st Class Thai Cooking course
We have just returned from the cookery course. This course cannot be recommended enough. The course started with a hotel pick up at 9.30. Then we visited a local market where we got to see a huge variety of fresh produce, meats and seafood.
Afterwards we were taken over the road to prepare and cook. We all gad aprons and bandanas abs our own work stations. We made spicy soup, pad Thai, Thai green curry and sticky coconut rice with mango.
The food was delicious and we got to take it home.
Afterwards woody kindly went via the shooting range and via the market so I could stock up on some ingredients to be able to make a curry when I get home.
The course is very well organised and our teacher was very patient and informative.
Thank you to everyone.
